When your order ships, how long delivery takes, how tracking works and what we do if a parcel goes wrong.

We deliver to the United States: all 50 states and the District of Columbia. If the checkout accepts your address, we can deliver to it.
We deliver to homes and workplaces. Certain carriers can't deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). If that affects your order, we email you before it leaves.
Preparation and shipping take 1 to 2 working days. A working day is any day from Monday to Friday that isn't a public holiday. Orders received on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday go into preparation on Monday.
You get 2 emails from Nestoravo: a confirmation with the order number within minutes of ordering, then a shipping email containing the tracking number and tracking link when the parcel ships.
In peak periods (the run-up to Christmas, for instance), allow 1 additional working day for preparation. Should it take longer than that, we email you and you may cancel with a full refund.

These times are estimates. Carriers deliver most parcels within them, although bad weather, strikes and peak periods can add a few days. Your shipping email gives the estimate for your own parcel.
If the time shown above has passed and your parcel isn't there, look at the tracking first, then write to us (section 8).
The delivery cost appears at checkout before payment and is repeated in the confirmation email. No charge is added afterwards.
Any sales tax due on your order is part of the checkout total. You pay nothing at the door. Should a carrier present a notice demanding payment, photograph it and send it to us before paying. We'll take it up with the carrier.
Nestoravo never asks for additional payment by text or by email. A message demanding a fee to release a parcel should be ignored: it's almost certainly a scam copying a well-known carrier.
Your tracking number and a link are in your shipping email. You can also follow your parcel whenever you like on the Order tracking page, using your order number and the email address you ordered with.
Read the delivery address in the confirmation email when you receive it. If you spot an error, email us immediately with the order number and the correct address.
Address changes and cancellations are free until the parcel ships. After shipping, we ask the carrier to redirect the parcel, which isn't always possible.
A parcel is returned to us when the address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete and delivery failed. We then contact you about redelivery or a refund.
Depending on the carrier, the driver leaves your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, comes back the next working day, or leaves a card saying where you can collect it. A parcel nobody collects is sent back to us after about 2 weeks. If that happens, write to us and we'll arrange a new delivery or a refund.
If the delivery time for your country has passed and your parcel isn't there, write to us with your order number. We check with the carrier and tell you where it is within 1 working day.
After 10 working days without any tracking movement, or once the carrier declares the parcel lost, you get a free replacement or a full refund.
Start with your safe place, your letterbox (the carrier may have left a card) and your neighbours or anyone else living at your address. If the parcel still hasn't appeared by the next working day, write to us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days, because carriers only look into recent deliveries. We ask the carrier for proof of delivery and, if the parcel can't be traced, we replace it or refund you.
For a damaged parcel or product, email photos of the product and the packaging, within 7 days of delivery if possible. You get a free replacement or a full refund. There's nothing to send back unless we request it, and any return we request is at our expense.
