Seeing nestoravo.com on your bank statement?
What the payment is, and how to sort it out fast if something doesn't add up.
It's the shop you bought from
Nestoravo takes the payment for every product it sells, so your bank shows nestoravo.com (or NESTORAVO) and not the name of the product you picked.
1 payment, nothing after
There's no subscription and nothing renews. If you added an extra item at checkout, it shows as a second payment on the same day, and that's all.
Doesn't look right? Email us first
Send us your order number. Within 1 working day we refund you, send a replacement or fix the address. A bank dispute takes weeks and freezes your order in the meantime.
About Nestoravo
We look for pieces made with care by small makers and specialist workshops, the kind you won't find in a chain store: seasonal decorations that come out every year, lamps and ornaments for the home, things for the table, keepsakes to give. Each one is checked by us before it goes on sale.
One checkout, one support team and one returns policy cover every piece, and every order ships with a tracking number.
